Trauma, abuse, PTSD, C-PTSD, ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences), Relationship issues, Depression, Anxiety, Domestic or Sexual abuse are some of the areas I specialise in. All these issues can impact on your day to day life. I work collaboratively with you during sessions to help focus on how we can use mindfulness and various techniques to manage the here and now while working through and processing your experiences using exposure therapy, inner child work and various techniques I use as an Integrative Therapist. We work at your pace and I help provide a safe space for you to Reflect, Overcome, Strengthen and Empower yourself.

I provide a safe space for you to explore and challenge your thoughts and feelings. I facilitate and support you during your sessions helping you access and make sense of feelings by acknowledging and giving validation to your experiences and we work on increasing self awareness and recognising unhealthy coping mechanisms which may no longer be effective.

It can be challenging to work through difficult feelings and experiences but my role is to support you and facilitate the process so you are not doing this alone.
