I am a professional & trained Massage Therapist with 5 years of experience in Swedish, Sports and Thai holistic Massage using strong hands and body to relax your tight stubborn muscles, reduce pain, level up ur mood and confidence, relieve stress to make you feel rejuvenated, happier and lighter.
I am also a certified Yoga instructor and use my Yoga knowledge in my massage session to add stretching which helps for a great flexibility and mobility in muscles and joints.
